Scheduling / FEES

Home inspection times can vary from 2 to 6 hours depending on the size, style, age, and condition of the home. Typical morning appointments begin at 8:30 a.m. and afternoon at 12:30 p.m.

​You may schedule online, call, or email. Online scheduling is for the home inspection only and reserves the time slot. When video pipe is requested, the office will try to schedule with Pipes-R-Us on the same day and time as the home inspection.

​If you wish to schedule your own video pipe inspection with Pipes-R-Us, you can schedule online on their website www.pipesrusnola.com, call Pipes-R-Us directly at 504-866-2730 or call House Call at 504-888-7378.

​Inspection Agreement are required to be signed before inspection begins.
​Payment required prior to inspection by the following methods:
​Cash, Check, or Charge.​

The price may be updated to reflect the correct total square footage of the structure and any additional fees or add ons as listed below. All of these parameters affect the total price of the home inspection.
