Scheduling / FEES

Home inspection times can vary from 2 to 6 hours depending on the size, style, age, and condition of the home. Typical morning appointments begin at 8:30 a.m. and afternoon at 12:30 p.m.

​You may schedule online, call/text or email. Online scheduling is for the home inspection only. When video pipe is requested, the office will try to schedule with Pipes-R-Us on the same day and time as the home inspection. 

​Inspection Agreement required to be signed before inspection begins.
​Payment required prior to inspection by the following methods:
​Cash, Check, or Charge.​
